I think lots of rich fabrics and pillows make the bed inviting and romantic. That plush look makes you just want to fall in and sink down into the covers and pillows. We did our room in soft neutrals but lots of different pillows in different fabrics and textures. The other important thing I added was to buy some good high thread count sheets.
